Seems Spiro been jacking up the ol' Dodger run line fade this past week.

Remember my thread from last week.

http://therxforum.com/6/ubb.x?a=tpc&s=100090022&f=988094022&m=1301098

Which MLB team has..

*played 52 games
*lost 22
*won 20 by 1 run
*is making BIG MONEY as fade getting 1.5 runs?

From Olympic website:
===============================================
957 Texas Rangers 6:05 pm Add to Ticket 958 Montreal Expos

+1½ -155 Game Spread -1½ +135

+129 Game MoneyLine -149

===============================================
977 Chicago White Sox 9:10 pm Add to Ticket 978 Los Angeles Dodgers

+1½ -175 Game Spread -1½ +155

+129 Game MoneyLine -149
================================================

Btw, next time someone asks why someone doesn't post picks or info on the forums...think about this thread.

LA Dodgers leading all MLB teams with 22 of 59 games followed by, Marlins (20) and A's, D'backs and Royals each with (19).

MLB teams involved in the LEAST number of 1-run games: Angels and Mariners (10) each, followed by Yanks (11), Phillies (12).

"VALUE" or lack there of, as pointed out, is determined by utilizing the appropriate ratios and associated pricing.

Spive,
Those are 1 run wins. Count all the dodger losses and you have an unbelievable strech of winners. 80-85% win rate?

are you related to TTinco?

Spive,
What I'm try to point out is that EVERY LOSS equals a win on the +1.5 dodger fade. So count every loss as a win as well as their 1-run wins.

EZ MONEY!

It would figure, as I pointed out, Dodger games are (a league leading low) producing 6.78 total runs per game, placing VALUE upon +1.5 of the 6.78 total average runs scored in their games.

Similar to taking a large (>6 pt) NFL dog when the projected game total is mid to lower 30's.

fair enough. you threw me off by only mentioning (22) 1-run games, not clearifying those were only wins.

Fading Dodgers at +1.5 = 38 wins 21 losses = 64.4% (Dodgers have WON 21 games by more than 1-run)

Dodger game totals of less than 7.5 runs = 42 - 17 = 71.2%

Agree on your dodger totals. But the numbers are catching up. Seems 7un-30 down to 6.5 everyday. Ride it while you can!

Sounds good in principle but they are only 154-130-7 54.2% since 1983.
